Jon Sandrella brings decades of entrepreneurial experience to Commercial Real Estate, built on a deep understanding of what makes businesses work. Before entering real estate, Jon owned and operated restaurants in Louisville, giving him hands-on insight into site selection, operations, and what drives long-term success. For the past 31 years, Jon has been a licensed commercial real estate advisor, specializing in restaurant site selection & dispositon. In addition he is skilled in the trade area of retail leasing, land sale & development, retail investments and 1031 tax deferred echanges. He has worked with both independent business owners and national brands., guiding site select negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Today, Jon serves clients through a full range of property types, supporting local businesses and national interests with a practical, market informed approach.

Jon is now working with the owner/Broker Bill Menish of The Menish Auction & Real Estate Company, Jon feels that he's found a place of business that best serves he and his community's needs both locally and nationally.
